Some real quick college football and NFL talk:
For the college football playoff, just sub Michigan in for Ohio State for our prediction all year: 1. Georgia 2. Michigan 3. Alabama 4. Cincinnati.
*Editor’s Note: I feel like this guy changes his prediction on a weekly basis then goes “just like I’ve said all along.”*
And in the NFL, I still love the Ravens but the Rams continue to look worse and worse and I am considering updating our Super Bowl picks pending this weekend’s results. For now we’ll stick with Ravens and somebody that isn’t the Bucs.

WEEK 13 RE$ULTS
1. Ole Miss vs. Miss State OVER 62 ❌
We got cheated for three quarters.
2. UMass New Mexico State UNDER 59 ❌
I can’t help but wonder how many times I will miss betting the under on two shitty teams before I will stop doing it.
3. UVA -7 (vs. Virginia Tech) ❌
Boys, put your gear back on. We’re gonna run this back nine more times and there is no chance this happens again.
4. Eagles team total OVER 24.5 (vs. Giants) ❌
Gotta love the “how many times can we turn it over in the red zone” game the Eagles played on Sunday. Why I didn’t consider the law of averages here is beyond me.
5. Tampa Bay -3 (vs. Colts) ✅
Let’s take a moment to take Lenny Fournette for helping us to avoid our first ever winless week here at the $ix Rack when he inexplicably housed a carry from 28 yards out with 20 seconds to go.
6. Chargers -2.5 (vs. Broncos) ❌
I watched our hopes of a comeback disappear live with Pat Surtain’s pick 6. In an ironic turn of events, while we generally do a pick 6 to make a six rack, a pick 6 here seems to break our $ix Rack.
Week 13 So Stupid It Doesn’t Make Any Sense Longshot Moneylines:
Charlotte +300 (vs. ODU) ❌
Hawaii +320 (vs. Wyoming) ✅
FIU +350 (vs. Southern Miss) ❌
Our Rainbow Warriors getting us our first non-flukey LSML win in what seems like years.
Week 13 1:1 Parlay (-105) ❌
- Penn State -105 (vs. Michigan State) ❌
Per usual, I will not comment on Penn State losing.
WEEK 14 WINNER$:
1. Wake Forest vs Pitt OVER 71.5
Why do I feel like 70 points in this game seems like worst case?
2. Western Kentucky team total OVER 38.5 (vs. UTSA)
The Hilltoppers have scored 42+ in 7 of their past 8 games including 46 against UTSA when they played in Week 6.
3. Northern Illinois +3.5 (vs. Kent State)
I’ve watched enough Northern Illinois football this year to know they’ll find a way to win this one. Hopefully Thomas Hammock saved room for champagne.
4. Baylor +5.5 (vs Oklahoma State)
I’m convinced this is a toss up. It’s the season of giving and if Vegas is gonna give me this many points to work with, I have no choice.
5. Bills -2.5 (vs. Patriots)
I don’t think the Bills lose this game in this spot.
6. Chiefs vs Broncos UNDER 47.5
While the Broncos D has been very good at times, the offense hasn’t cracked 20 points in 5 of their past 8 games. Strategy wise, you have to think they’ll be looking to establish the run and chew clock to keep Pat Mahomes off the field. I like Teddy B. but the man doesn’t have an explosive bone in his body. And somehow, someway, the Chiefs D has risen from the dead. Think this is a low scoring affair with the Chiefs prevailing.
Week 14 So Stupid It Doesn’t Make Any Sense Longshot Moneylines:
Alabama +200 (vs. Georgia)
I don’t think they’ll win, I just don’t know when the next time I’ll get to bet on Alabama at +200 so just wanted to see what it feels like.
Jets +235 (vs. Eagles)
This also seems stupid enough that it might hit.
